Every item is handcrafted in small batches with care, attention to detail, and quality ingredients. By placing an order through our website, in person, or at a vendor event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Handmade Product Notice

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, texture, design, and scent may naturally occur from batch to batch. These differences are part of the handmade process and make each item unique.

We do our best to photograph and describe products accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

Ingredient Awareness & Skin Sensitivities

Your skin is unique, and reactions to skincare ingredients can vary from person to person.

Please review ingredient information carefully before purchasing or using any product. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or known reactions to fragrances, essential oils, botanicals, nut oils, or other cosmetic ingredients, we recommend performing a small patch test prior to full use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Our products are intended for external use only unless specifically labeled otherwise.

Product Disclaimer

The statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Ordering & Availability

Because our products are handmade in small batches, quantities may be limited.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased

• Discontinue products at any time

• Correct pricing or listing errors

• Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

If an order must be canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal carriers

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@starmistessentials.com with photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Customer satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we will review concerns individually and fairly.

Vendor Event & In-Person Purchase Policy

Products purchased at craft fairs, markets, pop-up events, festivals, or other in-person vendor locations are sold under the same ingredient and safety disclaimers outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and asking questions before purchase. By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge personal responsibility for determining suitability for their individual skin needs and sensitivities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joel's Good Goods LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Misuse of products

• Improper storage after purchase

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow provided directions or warnings

Some products may become soft, melt, discolor, or change texture if exposed to heat, sunlight, or improper storage conditions, especially in outdoor market environments or warm climates.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Joel's Good Goods LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or misuse.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.
